"I have gotten so many online quotes with different auto insurance companies, I was exhausted. None of them were offering me a better rate than what Im currently paying. Today, I got a great auto insurance rate from Mariah with State Farm. Mariah was prompt at email correspondence and was also pleasant to speak with. "David says he returns calls & customers are priority one. Unfortunately, actions speak louder than words. I tried to bring some life back into my Roth, and struggled to get a return call back from David.
Once we finally connected he seamed very apologetic, and we met to talk. Got rushed out so he could do a piece on the news. He called me back later apologizing, I accepted that apology.
We agreed to move forward on transferring some funds into a riskier category & try to get more money for my retirement. A week later I get a letter in the mail from State Farm saying whatever he tried to do, was incorrect & not an acceptable method. I called his office, talked to his secretary & waited another full week before getting a call back.
He had Jeremy, his assistant call me back. He recognized we were on a time crunch as my window to move funds was closing quickly. He emailed me after that and assured me they would get it taken care of.
I received yet another letter in the mail informing me whatever this office was trying to do was not an acceptable method to do so.
I took my Roth to Citizens & surrendered all my funds with State Farm. I’ve seen how quickly & witty David is at responding to people’s reviews here on Google. Spare me, please.
You dropped the ball from the beginning to the end. You left me no choice but to pull all my money out of State Farm."
