"I was referred by a friend who told me he was paying what I honestly thought was an unbelievably good price for auto insurance. I gave these folks a call and told them exactly that. The price they quoted me at was even lower than I was looking for, for a policy that included much more than my previous insurer. Customer service was also amazing. My contact was Sarah and she worked around my unusual work schedule and my dumb, specific questions. Plus, the entire process required less than 20 minutes of conversation. Everything about this process was much better than I expected and I'll be referring other people, too."

"When I requested a quote from this office 4 months ago, I was impressed with their quick communication and how quickly they were able to get me a quote and enrolled into a new policy. Once I enrolled in a policy, the fast correspondence declined. Before starting my new policy, staff listed an incorrect effective start date. I overlooked this, but I found it unsettling that I had to continuously follow up to see if the date was corrected so my insurance wouldn't lapse. Recently, I added a second car to my insurance policy, and I later had questions about the coverage. Rather than responding to my text messages, I received a voicemail and an email that did not answer my specific question. Too many mistakes have been made, and I want text messages to reference if needed. The agent was dishonest about calling a couple of times, stating that my voicemail was full. If their agents cannot be honest with something as simple as saying they have been reaching out (when they have not), how can I trust them with my insurance policies? I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt by giving them more opportunities than they deserved."
