"David says he returns calls & customers are priority one. Unfortunately, actions speak louder than words. I tried to bring some life back into my Roth, and struggled to get a return call back from David. Once we finally connected he seamed very apologetic, and we met to talk. Got rushed out so he could do a piece on the news. He called me back later apologizing, I accepted that apology. We agreed to move forward on transferring some funds into a riskier category & try to get more money for my retirement. A week later I get a letter in the mail from State Farm saying whatever he tried to do, was incorrect & not an acceptable method. I called his office, talked to his secretary & waited another full week before getting a call back. He had Jeremy, his assistant call me back. He recognized we were on a time crunch as my window to move funds was closing quickly. He emailed me after that and assured me they would get it taken care of. I received yet another letter in the mail informing me whatever this office was trying to do was not an acceptable method to do so. I took my Roth to Citizens & surrendered all my funds with State Farm. I’ve seen how quickly & witty David is at responding to people’s reviews here on Google. Spare me, please. You dropped the ball from the beginning to the end. You left me no choice but to pull all my money out of State Farm."

"Sarah Huthwaite was great, she saved us thousands of dollars on our Homeowners and Auto Insurance. "They couldn't even call me to inform me that I needed to sign papers or to come in. My bill jumped almost 100$ because the agent wouldn't do their job."

"11 years I've been with this agent, found cheaper insurance through progressive, progressive says they sent cancellation notices for all three policies State farm says they only received one so I'm still being billed for insurance it's illegal to have two insurances they will not prorate it back, emails were sent back stating that they were all canceled they're saying they didn't get it, don't believe it, don't go with these bozos"
